Pengu is a teenager, blue penguin-like alien. She had a cobalt blue hair with side ponytail as her scrunchy-like appearances, similar to Yayoi Head, her belly is white, while its back is blue A pair of flippers hang at the enemy's sides, and it features brown shoes that resemble those of Kobeni.
